Bug Description

The `AllWatcher` response for a models data is missing a few pieces of information that we need on the dashboard.

Specifically we have to make an additional `client.FullStatus` call to fetch:
- `cloud-tag`
- `type`
- `region`
- `version`

Would it also be possible to get a total unit count added to the application delta?

In order for us to display administrator elements in the UI we need the list of users on a model and their permission level. We can get that information now by making a `modelInfo` api call but that won't update if users are added while the model is open in the UI. Could we also get a list of users in the all watcher?
