Bug Description
At the filter effects dialog, the user can set the limiting cone attribute (of the fediffuselighting filter primitive) using a spinslider widget.
The SVG spec says that:
"If no value is specified, then no limiting cone will be applied."
but there is no way to not specify a value in a spinslider. So, the default value is not representable in this UI.
We should have a checkbox providing a "apply limiting cone" option to the user, and update the spinslider sensitivity depending on the checkbox status.
