You have a number of 3rd party packages that are stopping the upgrade, eg. mesa-vdpau- drivers: amd64 (21.2.0~ rc3+git21080222 30.58bf0165ca0~ b~mesarc5) which has a package ver. that prevents upgrade to focal.
Please remove your 3rd party (Unofficial software packages) using a tool like 'ppa-purge' from your PPA's and try again.
