can't sort photo by date in photo view

Bug Description
can't sort photo by date.
click Sort by date toggle button, it show "Sort by Date", but the result is not sorted by date.
sort by Name is ok.
steps:
1.launch media photo
2.click Sort toggle button to sory by date,
