Preferences Dialog's confirmation buttons are hidden behind Windows taskbar

Bug Description
On Windows, by default Mixxx launches in windowed mode but the preferences dialog launches in fullscreen mode. This has the effect of hiding the dialog's confirmation buttons behind the taskbar making them inaccessible; you are unable to confirm any changes. This is confusing for first time users.
Resizing & moving the preferences dialog/or starting Mixxx in fullscreen mode fixes the bug.
