Text border should be a configurable option

Several new styles have the border set to the same color as the background because the style author dislikes the text border.

These styles should include a border color, and PyRoom should offer the option to display a text border as a user preference.

personally, I prefer the styles that don't have the border. However, I think an option in the preferences UI is a good idea. At the moment I think the border colour is defaulted to the same colour as the text colour.

I prefer the styles that *do* have the border, which helps to focus the
eye in the center of the screen (especially on my widescreen display)
when tracking and scanning text.

The border color is not the same as the text color. It is defined
seperately and in all styles thus far it is less intense than the text.
I changed the styles without borders to match the line number color,
which is also darker than the normal text.

The solution seems simple: styles should support border colors and the
preferences should allow the border to be disabled (as opposed to styles
simply disabling application features).
