Bug Description
With charmhub, resources are on a per channel basis for a charm. Add a --channel flag to list-resources. Will help with deploying a change by resource and the requirement to specify resource revisions.
No --revision flag is needed, charmhub do not associate resources with a charm revision, on channel.
