qapt freezes on setting up mysql-apt-config package

To reproduce download it from here: https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/ (select "MySQL APT Repository") to download mysql-apt-config. Apparently when launched with dpkg -i there is a confugure menu shown with some options to select before clicking "Ok" in order to proceed. QApt has locked dpkg and some DbDriver config.dat although i resolved these issues.
