Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and helping to make Ubuntu better.
It appears you've added 3rd party packages that have prevented the upgrade, such as
libpython3. 9-minimal 3.9.6-1+focal1
libpython3.9-stdlib 3.9.6-1+focal1
I would suggest removing such 3rd party packages and try again.
This bug report can be converted to a question (which is aimed at support). You can also find help with your problem in the support forum of your local Ubuntu community http:// loco.ubuntu. com/ or asking at https:/ /askubuntu. com or https:/ /ubuntuforums. org, or for more support options please look at https:/ /discourse. ubuntu. com/t/community -support/ 709
I've marked this bug incomplete as I believe the upgrade was blocked by 3rd party packages preventing install of the hirsute packages making upgrade impossible. If you believe I'm in error, please change status back to "New" and leave comment, or additional information as to what was attempted.
Thanks again for helping make Ubuntu better.
