Scenario test test_established_tcp_session_after_re_attachinging_sg is failing on the linuxbridge backend

This test is failing in that backend from time to time. For example:

Every time I saw it it was failing in the linuxbridge job but maybe that's just coincidence.

    Disable test_established_tcp_session_after_re_attachinging_sg in LB job

    This test is failing from time to time in the Linuxbridge scenario job
    so let's exclude it in that job until related bug will be fixed.
