missing python-gi dependency in gpxviewer

Bug Description

Observed:
installed gpxviewer from the software centre
ran it
got a "No module named gi.repository" error when I tried to run it. gpxviewer did not start.

Expected:
gpxviewer starts with no errors

Workaround:
manually install python-gi (apt-get install python-gi)

gpxviewer uses Python 3 and has a python3-gi dependency in the latest version:
https://packages.ubuntu.com/hirsute/gpxviewer

Which package and Ubuntu version did you use?

Thanks for responding, I'm using 0.5.1: probably the default version available on Ubuntu 18.04.
