Functional tests not available for metadef resource types

The functional tests for Metadef Resource Types are missed some how and ended up having this [1]

    Add functional tests for metadef resource types

    Removing unnecessary changes available in test_resourcetypes.py
    which accidently landed there.

    Adding new tests for metadef resource types with 'admin'.
