Bug Description
We've been carrying outdated code in the CK charms for a while now. We should clean that up to ease maintenance and prevent customers from accidentally using features that we no longer support.
Examples include deprecated config options, actions, and code paths that were meant for CK versions that are no longer supported.
We currently support 1.19 and above; drop code that was dependent on < 1.19.
