Bug when right-clicking the trash icon on the taskbar

When the trash can icon is right-clicked, a visual defect occurs in the upper left corner of the taskbar.

On second thoughts, let's keep this bug about the trash icon. But since we're missing details about the affected system here we'll use bug 1936644 instead.
