I believe this bug is caused because you are using Ubuntu 18.04 LTS but you have set up apt repositories from a PPA (or something else) that are incompatible with Ubuntu 18.04 LTS.

Because your issue isn't in the official Ubuntu 18.04 LTS packages, I am closing this bug.
