Can't download images from dashboard

We can upload and pretty much manage any images options, but you can't download the images from the dashboard, there is no download button/option within the image dropdown list.

Users/admins should be able to download the images from horizon without having to use CLI.

Any news on this topic? I've found an attempt to solve that on gerrit, but it seems like the developer was reluctant to finish it as the project reviewers asked for too many off topic improvements.

Hi Akihiro, thanks a lot for your reply, I'm sorry for the delay on my answer, you can find the original gerrit patch set proposal, it's an old one where the contributor just gave up because there was way too much of a hustle with incremental feedback instead of a correct structure full one.

Anyway, this feature is (IMHO) critical for a UI that actually target users and not OPS.
Users, even if not technicals OPS, do know how to navigate a UI and are glad and satisfied to use horizon, however, few basics features such this one are missing.

I'd be glad to help if required, but I don't want to spend months just adding a button/option on a dropdown button that already exist (For instances management on the compute dashboard) and that the image dashboard could completely leverage.
