The last tripleo tagged releases for wallaby in https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/releases/+/791959 included missed tagging for puppet-tripleo specifically for https://review.opendev.org/q/Ie7ede82a755e729d66e077f97e87b3d6c816ed3c needed by https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/tripleo-heat-templates/+/792667.

    Bump metadata to 14.2.0 for wallaby release

    Since last release for wallaby couple of bug fixes
    and new parameters are added, requesting new release
    for wallaby as it's needed for already created tht release
