During the upgrade to the 5.8.0-59-generic kernel in Ubuntu 20.04, apt showed an upgrade to the NVIDIA 460 driver as withheld. Proceeding with the 5.8.0-59-generic upgrade breaks the installed NVIDIA 460 driver and causes the Nouveau driver to load after reboot.
