Bug Description
Install Ubuntu 21.04 on a Raspberry pi4 and upgrade to current versions.
Run byobu.
Since the resize-split keys don't work for me (#1934394)(, we'll check if maybe they need to be configured first therefore, run byobu-config.
Expected result:
Something that actuall configures stuff.
Actual result:
The byuobu cheat sheet (the one that appears in response to the F1-key).
