initHookName out of sync

Bug Description

Since commit 5d5e552a initHookName() is out of sync with enum initHookState.
It reports "Not an initHookState" for the higher states like initHookAtEnd.

Should be fixed by 8e7d3e9216885ae56b5135aa158ae77059374e3a. I also added a short unittest which will hopefully catch a similar issue in future.
