Tested in Evergreen 3-6-2
The new Angular screens in the web client only displays the Circulation Modifier Code.
The old staff client would display the Circulation Modifier Code, Name and Description in screens where the circulation modifier was displayed. The display could also be changed via the common_
We have customers that would like to have this feature available in the Angular screens.

Confirmed in master post 3.7.1 that only the code displays. I would vote for employing a mouseover and/or making what displays for the circ modifier configurable.
