[snap] crash during snap refresh

I had a .odt file opened in libreoffice.writer when it suddenly reported having crashed. `snap info libreoffice` confirmed the snap was refreshed few minutes before I noticed the crash. This is related to LP: #1616650 but I wouldn't expect the currently running app to simply crash.
