Bug Description

https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/cinder/+/783660 and https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/cinder/+/772126 fixed this for some LVM calls, info can be found there and in
https://launchpad.net/bugs/1901783

Cinder needs retry when the "lvdisplay" command crashes. In addition, lvdisplay only need to e read-only mode.
