wish: budget colors confusing

Bug Description
Given that orange is consistently used throughout the application for costs, whereas green is for income, and red for alert, I would suggest the following change for the colors of the budget window :
Costs = orange, and part that is under the budget in blue (better than expected) and part that is above in red (alert).
Income = green, and parts that is under budget in red (alert), and part that is above in blue (better than expected)
Basically, as shown in mockup.png, instead of the current result above (CURRENT), I would suggest the result below (WISH)
