Select time server doesn't take effect when keep synchronized with internet server

Scroll bar exists in select time server UI when Select time server doesn't take effect when keep schronize with Internet server.

Reproduced steps:

1.Launch terminal and input command "apt-get install ntp ntpdate" to install ntp package, the step is preparation.
2.Launch time/date applet from Settings.
3.On "Time and Date Settings" dialog, select "keep synchronized with internet servers" and click time servers.
4.On prompt "Time servers" dialog, change time server, then close dialog.

Current results:

In step4, time/date settings doesn't change, seems doesn't take effect.

Expected results:
-------------------------
In step4, time/date settings should change according to ntp time server.

fixed in 0.44, removed ntp support

Verified in applets 0.44, removed ntp support. the issue doesn't exist, close it.
