[API] osso APIs return OSSO_ERROR

osso API:
invoke osso_state_write and osso_cp_plugin_save_state and the return value is OSSO_ERROR.

The code:

the result is OSSO_ERROR

after talking with Horace, we think libosso is not maintained by us now. so we decide assign the importance to low.

If have time, Horace and I will have a look about whole LIBOSSO API to identify whether the APIs are internal or not.
