Unable to turn on bluetooth

Testing Ubuntu Impish daily ISO 01-06-2021 0n QA tracking site -

After successful install go to settings "Bluetooth" and select the on tab in upper right hand corner and nothing happens.

This maybe related to bug # 1928924 https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bluedevil/+bug/1928924
