The Terminal in Dolphin does not source bashrc upon boot

Bug Description

I have appended an alias to my `.bashrc` file.

Prior to the update (from Kubuntu 20.10 to Kubuntu 21.04) this alias did work when I opened a terminal from dolphin (F4). It no longer does. It does however work if I close the terminal session Ctrl + Shift + W and reopen it F4. Other users seem to have the same problem as evidenced here:

I can confirm this behaviour in a fresh install of Ubuntustudio 21.04.
