Bug Description

php-psr-cache 3.x is required for php8, per Debian's changelog:

  * Update to PHP 8.0 and PHP 8-compatible types.
  https://metadata.ftp-master.debian.org/changelogs//main/p/php-psr-cache/php-psr-cache_3.0.0-1_changelog

php-psr-container may also need updated, although from the upstream changelog I'm not clear if it is absolutely required for php8.

It seems we're a bit aggressive in moving to this newer PSR, as some packages' upstreams have not yet moved to it, but so far we've been able to make the necessary updates to those packages, and/or set them aside.
