Also, was the UA key obtained from the Ubuntu Advantage dashboard at https://ubuntu.com/advantage?

The "UA ESM key" you mentioned makes me wonder whether an old style APT token which the previous client supported.

UA client version 20 or later requires use of a single contract token from https://ubuntu.com/advantage for your SSO account for all services.

The UA Key was part of our UA subscription from the
Ubuntu Advantage for Infrastructure page

Thank you for this Rakesh and just to be sure can you install any other snap in your system ? Or you are only seeing that snap error when trying to run ua attach ?
