Bug Description
Just upgraded from 20.10 to 21.04 and the system became unusable.
First login after upgrade, screen flicked every 6 seconds noticeably making the system unusable. Tried to log out, system froze.
Several more attempts, same flicking issue. Tried to use xorg instead of wayland, it worked once. No screen issues.
Only once though :( After that, computer starts normally but freezes in the login screen. Or freezes just after login if I manage to type the password fast enough.
Back to kernel 5.8.0-53 and xorg, everything looks ok.
