libgazebo11 has unmet dependencies on libignition-common3

Installing ros-noetic-gazebo for ubuntu focal requires libgazebo11 which needs libignition-common3 and libignition-math6 which fails:

 libgazebo11 : Depends: libignition-common3 (>= 3.12.0) but 3.11.1-1~focal is to be installed
               Depends: libignition-math6 (>= 6.8.0) but 6.7.0-1~focal is to be installed

A fresh installation of gazebo from ros-noetic-gazebo worked fine last week.

apport-collect 1927694

I don't see any package built for focal (refer https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=gazebo&searchon=names&suite=all&section=all ).

You are right, the package comes from http://packages.ros.org, sorry for that.
