Bug Description
Guidelines on awn wiki for applet are not met by this applet --- pavpanchekha found that its icon hebaviour was incorrect. This patch addresses this issue in a simple manner by making clicking on the applet a toggle --- i.e. it now closes its dialog if the icon is clicked and the dialog is open.
