Bug Description

This is probably related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/sakura/+bug/1924902

Now after the fix above, it pasts from the clipboard instead of pasting the selected text.

Verified that it's only happening in sakura.
Version 3.8.2 using ArchLinux

in a fresh build here (also arch) seems middleclick behavior is correct(selection), but now shift+ctrl+v is favoring selection over clipboard..
ie. 1. copy something clipboard 2. shift+ctrl+v works correctly 3. also select something 4. shift+ctrl+v(and menu>paste) now pastes selection
.... on further inspection: what's now happening is selection is now going to clipboard
my understanding is that selected text should only go to clipboard when specifically copied shift+ctrl+c(or menu>copy)
at least, this is the behavior elsewhere..
