Ubuntu Server 7.10 - rezise ntfs 0% no visualisation loading

When you choose to resize a partition with Ubuntu - Server - 7.10 -(with packlang=fr)

the loading bar is only 0%
during 15 minutes I've seen 0%
and after i've a fsdisk, yes my rezise is Ok but I've no look the loading bar ..

Thank you for opening this bug and helping make Ubuntu better. However, I am unsure what program was used. Can you please identify what you ran?

 I cannot see why coreutils was selected as the package, so far.
