podcast download fails to retreive entire file

Bug Description
Binary package hint: rhythmbox
Running Ubuntu 7.10, Gutsy. Rhythmbox 0.11.2-0ubuntu4.
Subscribed to Car Talk podcast via National Public Radio: http://
Symptom: Episode downloads, but only 2 MB (4min 14 seconds) of 25MB (54min 38 sec) is downloaded. I've removed the podcast subscription and reentered it as a new subscription and the same thing happens. However, I can go to the NPR podcast site and download the complete file manually without any problems. This is happening on the current podcast for Feb 16, 2008, and I have seen this happen on previous podcasts from this same source, but usually the podcast downloads just fine in RB from NPR.
I subscribe to other NPR podcasts and have not seen this problem with them.
I'm no Ubuntu expert so this is about all I can provide about this problem.
