Bug Description

Hello,

When trying to download a 100gb image the download fails with Killed as the output.

I have found a related bug reported here https://storyboard.openstack.org/#!/story/2007672 and a fix merged here in https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/python-openstackclient/+/763317 which looks to have gone into client version 5.5.0 . Is it possible to update the snap with the newer version of openstack client please?

thanks,
Alex

To clarify this is using openstack image save --file command. using glance image-download --file worked around the issue.

Seeing the same behavior as well. Running image download of a 1Gb image on a VM with 2Gb of RAM. It looks like the tool doesn't properly stream the data, and downloads the whole image into memory.
