Bug Description

When I left click on my desktop (say I want to select Home and Trash icons) the selection area is insanely large. I have 3 monitors all with different resolutions my gut feeling is it has something to do w/ that. I've attached a gif that shows the issue. The selection area (teal) is me selecting a very small area but it expands instantly very large.

This happened after I upgraded from 20.10 to 21.04

I've reinstalled my Nvidia drivers and the problem persists.

I am also experiencing something related to this. I have a dual-display setup, with primary one being scaled to 125%. The icons of new desktop are not aligned to monitor grid as they should and my left monitor desktop boundaries are far off from the actual display.

Ubuntu 21.04 upgraded from 20.10
