Bug Description

Lubuntu hirsute QA-test install on
- dell [optiplex] 755 (c2d-e6850, 5gb, amd/ati radeon rv516/x1300/x1550)

manual partitioning with various options; re-use of /home I think is key to issue

Note photo

see https://photos.app.goo.gl/9yn2z42TJAjNFxWx5

** expected result

"Set up ext4 partition /dev/sda8 with mount point /home"

** actual result

"Set up ext4 partition /dev/sda8 with mount point /home%4"

** issue

the %4 shouldn't be there. It's minor, and easily ignored by users, but users may still back out & check they didn't do something wrong (/home was selected from a drop down and wasn't entered)
