No WPA3(SAE) Password Identifier field in the Wi-Fi manager

Bug Description

Hey,
The latest WPA3(SAE Dragonfly)[802.11-2016, section 12.4] standard defines Password Identifiers as a way to tell the access point (AP) which password is being used, this allows for a single SSID to support multiple passwords, but when I tried to connect to WPA3 AP I was asked only for the password.
In the Wi-Fi supplicant there is an option for "Password Identifiers" [search for "sae_password_id" in https://w1.fi/cgit/hostap/plain/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf]

Quote from the Link:
"
# sae_password_id: SAE password identifier

# This parameter can be used to set an identifier for the SAE password. By
# default, no such identifier is used. If set, the specified identifier value
# is used by the other peer to select which password to use for authentication.
"

So the network-manager should have and additional field for entering the Password Identifier when connecting to WAP3 network, currently no such option exist in the Wi-Fi manager.

Tested on the following system and the bug reported above exists:

No LSB modules are available.
