Bug Description

Also encountered on MAAS 2.8.4 (8597-g.05313b458-0ubuntu1~18.04.1)

After triggering https://bugs.launchpad.net/maas/+bug/1924817, if I try to remove a NIC as a workaround for that bug and create a new NIC record, the "Save interface" button never turns green.

If I simply remove a misconfigured NIC and try to re-add it; it will work fine; this specifically happens after trying to edit a NIC with mismatched interface/link speed and then cancelling the edit. That previous cancelled dialog appears to affect the dialog for creating a new interface and the "Save interface" button never gets enabled.
