Bug Description

Tested on MAAS 2.8.4 (8597-g.05313b458-0ubuntu1~18.04.1)

If after commissioning, an ethernet adapter detects with link speed of 20Gbps and interface speed of 10Gbps, a validation highlight is shown on the link speed field. However, regardless of whether the link speed or interface speed field are updated to match the other, the highlight doesn't disappear and I cannot save the changes.

As a workaround, I had to copy the MAC address of the NIC, delete the NIC from MAAS, and recreate the NIC.
