Bug Description

I bought a new Laptop (Hp with AmD Ryzen 7). I assume (and hope) that all the other technical descriptions have been sent to you by the bug report.

It did already happen in the installation medium (a flash key) and I couldn't resize the partitions, had to borrow a mouse from a friend to even install Ubuntu.

I attach the output of <<cat /proc/bus/input/devices > ~/devices>> as requested in this page:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingTouchpadDetection

I don't know how to locate the exact package where the bug is or if is one of the kernel.
