Bug Description
The builds have some tests that are failing due to harmless warnings. The warning "no name" for a missing key is caused by an internet failure, so we will add it to the regex for acceptable crypt-gnupg warnings.

This patch adds the harmless "No name" warning to the regex. It is not necessary to forward upstream as the upstream is not a writable repository.
