Search Templates Don't Include Checkboxes

Search templates don't include the settings for "Limit to Available", "Group Formats/Editions", "Results from All Libraries", and "Exclude Electronic Resources". Currently these checkboxes always need to be checked or unchecked manually. Ideally the state of the checkboxes should be included in the template when a new search template is saved.

I agree with this, and wish the Catalog Search Preferences would also include the checkboxes (as well as the sort order) : https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1943744

+1 to inclusion of checkbox settings in search templates

Tested on the Equinox community server, demo.evergreencatalog.com, Release 3.11.1 and sort order and Results from All Libraries are saved in the template.

We still want all the checkboxes to save in the templates
