evince doesn't show filename or PDF title on the title bar

Bug Description

After updating to Ubuntu 21.04, evince does not show any info in the title bar. Previously, it showed the filename and the PDF title.

The bug is solved in Evince 40.2, and it looks like Ubuntu 21.10 has Evince 40.4-2, which would include the fix.

However, this is worth backporting, please: it's really a weird nuisance for one of the core applications on a desktop computer.
