Bug Description
If cs:nagios-42 is deployed (bionic) with enable_
This should be picked up in functests, seems to be a race between livestatus package installation, enabling in Nagios config, and the part of the charm that fixes the permissions on the livestatus socket.

Seems this is only an issue when Nagios is related to thruk-agent, maybe because the package install is handled at a different time.
