pi 4 unique matching interface for eth0

Bug Description

##fresh installation of ubuntu server 20.10 32-bit and 64-bit versions (both) will apply the netplan with no issue. However, after updating they show this error when trying to apply or try the netplan. this occurs on the Pi 4 2gb and 8gb model
