Bug Description
NVIDIA 340.108 with all patches (up to the 5.11 patch) is randomly crashing (Core Dump) with Xorg 1.20.10 on Linux Kernel 5.12.0-rc5. It works fine on the previous Kernel 5.11.
The Core Dumps (crashes) are not frequent, but randomly occur, and are always triggered while using Google Chrome.
When the bug occurs, Chrome closes, Xorg closes and the system logs out from Lightdm, but doesn't completely shut down the computer. I'm able to log back in via Lightdm.
The NVIDIA driver modules build process with required patches (which I apply and compile manually) is FINE, with NO errors during the compilation or after it. Both nvidia and nvidia_uvm modules load without any problem.
I'm using openSUSE Linux, but always use the patches provided here which always work for me.
uname -a:
Linux galicia 5.12.0-
I've reported this issue previously in the following bug threads:

Provided is the latest, relevant fragment of output from 'journalctl', and the full 'Xorg.0.log' from a Core Dump (crash):

A patch for NVIDIA 340.108 on Linux Kernel 5.12 MAY possibly be required.
Please test for similar results to determine whether a new patch for 5.12 is needed.
