Bug Description

systemd-docker/0.2.1+dfsg-2 currently FTBFS in Bionic. A build dependency seems to be missing:

src/github.com/ibuildthecloud/systemd-docker/main.go:19:2: cannot find package "github.com/docker/docker/pkg/mflag" in any of:
 /usr/lib/go-1.10/src/github.com/docker/docker/pkg/mflag (from $GOROOT)
 /<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/obj-x86_64-linux-gnu/src/github.com/docker/docker/pkg/mflag (from $GOPATH)
